Supplements aren't a required component of the program but I do provide a supplement cheat sheet that outlines dos/donts of supplements and what I would typically recommend including specific brands and amounts
What if i can't attend the weekly meetings?
Weekly group coaching sessions and faq sessions are recorded and posted. if you can't make it you can always submit your questions in advance so they will still get answered
What is the time commitment per week?
You should expect to put in on average about 30 minutes per day implementing the recommendations I suggest and 1-2 hours a week on the lessons and group coaching calls
i have a gluten intolerance, can i still do the program?
Yes, i teach you how to put together a healthy meal using your own dietary restrictions and preferences
Will I have to make separate meals for my family
 Nope, suggestions and meal plans are based on a family of four and can be adapted
I'm a picky eater, wll this work for me?
yes, i teach you how to contruct healthy meals using your own food preferences and restrictions
I prefer not to participate in group meetings, can i still do the program?
 Sure, you can always submit your questions and listen to the recordings on your own
